  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and place skin-side down in the prepared dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Top each fillet with chunks of Boursin cheese.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily. For a golden finish, broil for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.
