Ingredients
- 15.25 oz box of white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 package (3 oz) JELL-O strawberry flavor gelatin
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10–15 fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cake ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- While cooling, whisk sweetened condensed milk, melted white chocolate chips, JELL-O powder, and warm water until smooth. Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the mixture over it.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with strawberry pie filling.
- Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; spread over the pie filling.
