- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 16-ounce jar cocktail onions (drained)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and add panko breadcrumbs along with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toast until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- 2. Chop cocktail onions into smaller pieces and set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the toasted breadcrumbs with softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, chopped onions, and remaining spices. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer.
- 4. Transfer dip mixture to a serving bowl. If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate until ready.
