  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 16-ounce jar cocktail onions (drained)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and add panko breadcrumbs along with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toast until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  2. 2. Chop cocktail onions into smaller pieces and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the toasted breadcrumbs with softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, chopped onions, and remaining spices. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer.
  4. 4. Transfer dip mixture to a serving bowl. If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate until ready.
  5. 5. Before serving, top with remaining toasted breadcrumbs and garnish with parsley.
