  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)

  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup blueberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; in another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until just blended.
  4. Grease muffin tin or line with parchment paper. Press dough into each muffin cup to create a cavity for filling.
