  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 medium russet potato (peeled and shredded) or 1 cup frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions
