- 1/4 cup cream soda
- 8 oz. tub of cool whip

- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into an 8-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream, then gradually incorporate sugar and eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract, butter flavoring, butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips.
- Pour filling over crust; smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour; then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
