  • 2 cups Panko crumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork chops in buttermilk in a ziptop bag for at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours) for maximum tenderness.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
