  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, anchovy paste (if using), grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg white halves.
