- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
- 1 1/2 cups White granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a frying pan until golden brown, then cool for 40 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Whisk cooled brown butter with sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until blended.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture using a spatula until fully incorporated.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper.
