- 1 loaf French or Italian Bread
- 1 lb Ribeye Steak
- 8 oz Provolone Cheese
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Olive Oil or Butter
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice ribeye steak into thin strips and cut onion and bell pepper.

- Incorporate ribeye steak into the skillet along with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
- Slice the bread lengthwise to create a pocket without cutting through fully; remove some inner bread for stuffing space.
- Layer half of the provolone cheese on one side of the bread, fill with the steak mixture, and top with remaining cheese.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
