Ingredients
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the seafood filling evenly on each flour tortilla and roll them tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
