  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the seafood filling evenly on each flour tortilla and roll them tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
