  • 45 fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 12 teaspoons vanilla syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, simmer halved cherries with 2 tablespoons of water over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until soft. Mash gently to release juices.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water and steep the Earl Grey tea for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bag or strain leaves.
  3. Add milk and optional cinnamon stick to the cherry mixture, heating over low heat while stirring.
  4. Stir in vanilla syrup, then strain the cherry-milk mixture into the brewed tea. Mix well.
