  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente; drain.
