Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla (8–10 inch)
- ¼ cup grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- 2–3 slices deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- For the Parmesan Dijon sauce: butter, flour, milk, chicken bouillon cube, Dijon mustard, hot sauce (optional), Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth. Stir in bouillon cube and Dijon mustard; cook until thickened. Mix in Parmesan cheese and set aside.
