  • ¼ cup grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • 23 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • For the Parmesan Dijon sauce: butter, flour, milk, chicken bouillon cube, Dijon mustard, hot sauce (optional), Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth. Stir in bouillon cube and Dijon mustard; cook until thickened. Mix in Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and layer tortilla with cheese, ham, breadcrumbs, more cheese, grilled chicken, and sauce. Top with another tortilla.
