Instructions

  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar topping while warm.
