- 2.5 cups marinara sauce
- 10 oz mafalda pasta
- 4 cups beef broth
- 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in marinara sauce and beef broth; add mafalda pasta. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; top with mozzarella cheese and cover until melted (about 1 minute).
