  • 4 ounces canned cooked crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) or oven to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix crab meat with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese with Parmesan, most mozzarella, mayonnaise, and sour cream until creamy.
  4. Combine crab mixture with cheese base and stir in reserved green onions.
  5. Transfer mixture to a small cast iron skillet and top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake in the air fryer for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
