Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika and red pepper flakes (optional)

  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream and Parmesan; let simmer until thickened (3–5 minutes). Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes before returning shrimp to the skillet.
