Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower (about 2–2.5 lbs)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter (or vegan butter)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- While they bake, mix Frank’s RedHot sauce with melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
