  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

  • Sriracha or spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry wonton wrappers until golden and crispy; drain on paper towels.

  3. Prepare the teriyaki glaze by simmering soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; thicken with cornstarch slurry.
