  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dill pickles, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Place about 3 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly to form taquitos. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray and bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
