Counter Notifications
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter notification including:
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Description: Identification of the removed content and its original location.
- Good Faith Statement: A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Contact Information: Your name, mailing address, and phone number.
- Jurisdiction Statement: Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we operate) and agreement to accept service from the party who filed the original DMCA claim.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. We keep records of infringement notices and make reasonable efforts to identify repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers may be permanently disabled.
