  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese (4 ounces)
  • 4 ounces melted white chocolate baking squares
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • Seeds from a vanilla bean or 1-2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, egg yolk, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Mix in cornflour, sugar, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds. Pour over the cooled crust.
  3. Bake for 28–38 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center. Cool gradually in the oven before refrigerating.
