  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 Scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vitamin C Crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone gummy bear molds by placing them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; heat gently until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin one scoop at a time until smooth.
  4. Add elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals, whisking until uniform.
  5. Fill molds carefully with the mixture using a dropper or spoon.
  6. Refrigerate for about 15–20 minutes until set.
  7. Pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
