  • 912 breaded fish burgers (or filets)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet relish
  • 1/2 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the fish filets according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet relish, lemon juice, and dried dill to prepare tartar sauce; chill in the fridge.
  4. On a separate baking sheet, lay open-faced slider buns, brush with melted butter, and toast for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Assemble the sliders: place a slice of cheese on each bottom bun followed by a cooked fish filet.
  6. Add tartar sauce on top of the fish before placing the bun tops back on.
