Ingredients
- 9–12 pieces breaded fish burgers or filets
- 12 slider buns
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 slices American cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tbsp dried dill (if using regular relish or diced dill pickles uses only 1/4 tbsp of dried dill)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Bake the fish according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet relish, lemon juice, and dill for the tartar sauce. Chill in the fridge.
- Warm the slider buns in the oven for about 2–3 minutes.
- Assemble sliders by placing cheese on each bottom bun, followed by fish filets and tartar sauce. Top with the bun tops.
- Serve immediately while warm.
