  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) beef consommé
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and layer with provolone cheese, roast beef, and French fried onions. Brush the edge with olive oil.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from the filled end and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops and sides of each roll lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Meanwhile, heat au jus ingredients in a saucepan until simmering.
  7. Let roll ups rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving with warm au jus.
