- 2 heads garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
