- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 avocado, sliced or mashed

- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne for 15–30 minutes.
- For the corn salsa, combine thawed corn, red onion, cilantro, minced jalapeño (if using), lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill shrimp for about 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the creamy garlic sauce.
