- 1 1/2 cups Guava Nectar or Juice
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil (liquid)
- 10 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix with guava nectar, eggs, and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake bakes, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
- For the glaze, heat guava nectar with sugar in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan until thickened.
