  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp tamari
  • 1/4 tsp gluten-free hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Season them with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder; toss well.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and spray the rack with cooking oil. Arrange the wings in a single layer.
  3. Cook the wings for 15-17 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  4. While the wings cook, melt butter in a pot over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, and paprika; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, coat the wings in the honey garlic sauce or brush it on before returning them to the air fryer for an additional 8 minutes.
