- 14 oz ground pork
- 1 egg
- 2 small coriander roots
- 2 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup finely diced carrots
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
- 2 dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked and finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp golden mountain sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

- Prepare the spice mixture by crushing coriander roots, black peppercorns, and garlic using a mortar and pestle.
- In a bowl, mix golden mountain sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.

- Combine the filling in a large bowl with the crushed spices and diced vegetables.
- Shape the dumplings using wonton wrappers and steam them for about 10 minutes.
