- 2–3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1–2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and chop the potato into large chunks. Steam for 10-15 minutes until soft.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mash the steamed potatoes and mix in rice flour, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Form the Dough: Scoop some dough into your palm, roll it into a ball, and flatten it with your thumb.
