- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
