Instructions
- Prepare the raspberry swirl by simmering raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Strain to remove seeds and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; allow to cool.
