- 6 slices bacon
- 6 slider buns

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Brush with maple glaze.
- Transfer chicken to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F).
- Cook bacon in the same skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Slice baked chicken into slider-sized pieces.
- To assemble, layer arugula, chicken, and bacon on each bun; top with the other half.
