  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 1 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spices: paprika, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom

Instructions

  1. Make the dill Greek yogurt sauce by blending minced garlic, fresh dill, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the seasoning by mixing minced garlic with spices and olive oil. Pat chicken thighs dry and rub seasoning evenly over them.
  3. Combine sliced onions, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil in a large dish. Add seasoned chicken thighs and gently toss to coat.
