Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 minutes), seasoning with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Lay out tortillas; fill half of each with sautéed spinach mixture.
  4. Top with feta, mozzarella, and red onions before folding over.
