- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear each side for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, combine ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of mushroom soup; stir and simmer.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, cover, and let simmer for 15–20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
