- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the peach filling by mixing cubed peaches with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water; set aside.
