  • 5 cups all-purpose flour

  5. Place rolls on a baking sheet to rise again until doubled.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare frosting by mixing cream cheese and butter; add vanilla, half-and-half, powdered sugar, and salt until creamy.
  8. Drizzle frosting over warm rolls before serving.
