Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding (3.4 oz)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup halved maraschino cherries
- Optional: green food coloring
- For the glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar, 2–2.5 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two small loaf pans.
