  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into an 8×8 Pyrex dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the chocolate layer by preparing pudding with half the required milk, then fold in Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over the crust and freeze again for 10-15 minutes.
  3. For the raspberry layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in milk and vanilla. Fold in raspberries and Cool Whip before spreading over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least four hours before serving.
