- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Blend almond meal and powdered sugar in a food processor, sift into a bowl.
- Whip egg whites until foamy; gradually add granulated sugar and continue until stiff peaks form.

- Pipe rounds onto prepared baking sheets; rest for at least 30 minutes.
