  3. In another bowl, sift dry ingredients: cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; combine with wet mixture until just blended.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  5. Pour about two-thirds of the batter into the skillet; dot with raspberry preserves and top with remaining batter. Swirl lightly with a knife.
  6. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
