  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice pockets into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the cheese mixture and spinach.
  5. Wrap each breast in a tortilla; secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Place seam-side down in a baking dish; drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes covered; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through (165°F/75°C).
