  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat
  • 1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp with Old Bay seasoning.
  3. In a large sauté pan, melt butter and sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeno until tender.
  4. Add seasoned shrimp and imitation crab; cook until shrimp turns opaque.
  5. Whisk together sour cream and flour; stir into seafood mix until thickened.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the seafood mixture; transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes; then broil until cheese is bubbly.
