Ingredients

- Eggs

- Green peas
- Red bell pepper
- Green onions
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp and crab with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and white pepper for 10–15 minutes.
- Chop vegetables into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Heat a wok over high heat until smoking; add vegetable oil.
- Stir-fry marinated seafood until shrimp are pink; remove from wok.
- Add garlic, ginger, and onions to the wok; stir-fry until fragrant.
- Incorporate carrots, peas, and bell peppers; cook until crisp-tender.
- Push veggies aside; scramble beaten eggs on the other side until set.
- Add cold rice to the mixture; break apart clumps and combine well.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir quickly to coat rice evenly.
- Return seafood to the wok; toss everything together with butter for added richness.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
