- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1 small onion, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup frozen peas
- Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions

- Remove baked potatoes from the oven; scoop out some flesh into a bowl and mash with milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
