Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Place a noodle on a flat surface, spread the seafood mixture over it, and roll it up tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
- Repeat until all noodles are filled. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
